转速对旋转式唇形密封接触性能参数的影响

摘要 为研究转速对旋转式唇形密封圈接触性能参数的影响规律,采用ANSYS软件建立唇形密封圈在旋转离心力作用下的有限元模型,求解唇形密封圈的应力应变和接触性能参数。结果表明,在研究的密封圈转速范围内,密封圈的应力应变集中作用在其腰部结构和唇口部位;随着转速的增加,密封圈接触宽度、接触压力最大值和径向力等接触性能参数呈现非线性减小,接触压力的分布形状从非对称性逐步转变为对称性。研究结果可为旋转式唇形密封圈脱开转速的工程设计提供理论参考。 In order to study the effects of rotating speed on the contact performance parameters of rotary lip seal,a finite element model of the lip seal under the action of rotating centrifugal force is developed by using ANSYS,and the stress,strain and contact performance parameters of lip seal are obtained.The results show that the stress and strain of the rotary lip seal concentrate on the waist part and the lip edge in the range of rotating speed.With the increase of rotating speed,the contact performance parameters such as the contact width,contact pressure maximum and radial force decrease nonlinearly,and the distribution of contact pressure gradually changes from asymmetry to symmetry.The results provide theoretical reference for the practical design of the rotary lip seal's lift-off rotating speed.
