宣肺补益汤联合GSH对COPD的疗效及呼吸功能改善效果观察

Therapeutic effects of Xuanfeibuyi decoction combined with GSH on COPD and its effects in improving respiratory function of patients

目的探讨宣肺补益汤联合抗氧化剂谷胱甘肽(GSH)用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者临床治疗的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年7月收治的74例COPD患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组接受常规性对症治疗,观察组接受GSH和中药宣肺补益汤治疗。2组患者均治疗4个疗程。观察患者炎性反应、呼吸功能、GSH水平等变化情况。结果观察组IL-5、IL-6及TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.821、4.089、4.296、2.524,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组LPO水平明显更低,GSH-PX、GSH、SOD水平均明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.428、5.239、2.472、3.241,均P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组FVC明显更低,FEV1、PEF、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC均明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.489、2.064、7.430、8.203、22.133,均P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上给予COPD患者GSH和宣肺补益汤,可明显提高患者机体炎性反应控制效果,提高机体GSH水平,促进气道和肺的抗氧化能力实现明显提高,有助于患者呼吸功能实现良好改善。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Xuanfeibuyi decoction combined with antioxidant glutathione(GSH)on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 74 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine therapy,however,thepatients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Xuanfeibuyi decoction combined with GSH,with 4 treatment courses for both groups.The changes of inflammatory reaction,respiratory function and GSH level were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-5,IL-6 and TNF-α,hs-CRP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in control group,the LPO levels in observation group were significantly decreased,however,the levels of GSH-PX,GSH,SOD were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with those in control group,the FVC levels in observation group were significantly decreased,however,the levels of FEV1,PEF,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfeibuyi decoction combined with GSH,on the basis of routine treatment,can improve the control effects on inflammatory reaction,increase the GSH levels,promote the anti-oxidation ability of airway and lung,which is helpful for improving the respiratory function of patients with COPD.
