韩国国立残疾人图书馆的服务实践分析及启示

The Service Practice and Enlightenment of the Korea National Library for the Disabled

以韩国国立残疾人图书馆为对象,介绍其服务现状,归纳出该图书馆具有注重提供残疾人服务相关信息、服务内容丰富多元、招募志愿者以补充服务人员、重视读者需求的特点,提出我国应逐步完善残疾人服务实操指导、丰富残疾人服务内容并扩大宣传、加强服务人员队伍建设、重视残疾读者需求等。

This article introduces the service status of the Korea National Library for the Disabled,and concludes that the library has the characteristics of focusing on providing service-related information for the disabled,rich and diverse service content,recruiting volunteers to supplement service personnel,and paying attention to the needs of readers.It is concluded that our country should gradually improve the practical guidance of services for the disabled,enrich the content of services for the disabled and expand publicity,strengthen the construction of service personnel,and pay attention to the needs of disabled readers.
