寿胎丸对先兆流产患者孕酮与雌二醇的影响及保胎效果

Effect of Shoutai Pills on progesterone,estradiol and fetal protection in patients with threatened abortion

目的探究寿胎丸对先兆流产患者孕酮(P)与雌二醇(E_(2))的影响及保胎效果。方法研究共纳入126例先兆流产患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(63例)及观察组(63例),对照组患者予以西药治疗(地屈孕酮),观察组患者予以西药(地屈孕酮)结合寿胎丸治疗,观察2组的临床效果、患者成功保胎率及治疗前后中医症状各项积分变化、E_(2)及P水平变化、产妇结局及新生儿结局和用药不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组(82.54%)相比,观察组有效率(95.24%)更高,P<0.05;与对照组患者(84.13%)比较,观察组成功保胎率(95.23%)更高,P<0.05;2组患者治疗前中医症状各项积分、E_(2)水平、P水平等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者中医症状各项积分、E_(2)水平、P水平等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医症状各项积分、E_(2)水平、P水平等指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者产后结局及新生儿结局均优于对照组,P<0.05;对照组不良反应发生率(12.70%)高于观察组(1.59%),P<0.05。结论寿胎丸治疗先兆流产效果较好,患者保胎成功率高,且产妇及新生儿结局佳,不良反应少,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shoutai Pills on progesterone(P)and estradiol(E_(2))in threatened abortion patients and the effect on fetal protection.Methods A total of 126 patients with threatened abortion were included in the study and divided into control group(63 cases)and observation group(63 cases)by randomly number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine(dydrogesterone),and patients in the observation group were treated with western medicine(dydrogesterone)combined with Shoutai Pills.The clinical effect,the rate of successful pregnancy preservation in 2 groups,the changes of scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the changes of E_(2) and P levels,the maternal outcomes and neonatal outcomes,and the side effects of medication were compared.Results Compared with the control group(82.54%),the effective rate of observation group(95.24%)was higher,P<0.05.Compared with the control group(84.13%),the rate of successful pregnancy preservation in the observation group was higher(95.23%),P<0.05.The scores of TCM symptoms,E_(2) level and P level before treatment were compared between the 2 groups,P>0.05;the scores of TCM symptoms,E_(2) level and P level of the 2 groups were improved;the scores of TCM symptoms,E_(2) level and P level of the observation group were better than the control group after treatment,P<0.05;The postpartum outcome of the observation group was better than the control group,and the neonatal outcome was better than the control group,P<0.05;The rate of adverse reactions in control group(12.70%)was higher than that in observation group(1.59%),P<0.05.Conclusion Shoutai Pills has a good effect on the treatment of threatened abortion,with high success rate of fetal preservation,good outcomes for puerpera and newborn,and less adverse reactions,so it is worth using.
