运用“互联网+”信息化技术调派志愿者参与院外心脏骤停急救的青岛模式构建与应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨研究运用“互联网+”信息化技术调派志愿者参与院外心脏骤停(out-of-hospital cardiac arrest,OHCA)急救的青岛模式的构建与应用。方法运用“互联急救”APP,构建自动体外除颤器(AED)电子地图和急救志愿者组建培训方案,制定基于急救志愿者和AED的OHCA院前急救流程,打造社区急救志愿服务单元、移动AED急救志愿服务车,当OHCA事件时,120调度在电话指导急救与派车的同时,调派1~1.5 km范围内志愿者携AED先行急救。运用SPSS 23.0统计学软件对数据进行比较分析。结果青岛市急救中心成功调派志愿者67人次到达现场,其中7人次携AED到达。志愿者反应半径1.0(0.8,1.5)km比紧急医疗服务(EMS)反应半径1.8(1.3,2.6)km明显缩短,志愿者响应时间10(7,13)min较EMS响应时间9(7,12)min增加,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论运用“互联急救”APP调派志愿者携AED参与OHCA急救,构建了“智慧急救”“志愿急救”与EMS相融合的新型急救模式,能有效缩短急救半径和急救开始时间,是未来急救发展的必然方向。急救志愿者的响应率、响应时间及AED的配置覆盖率是影响模式运行效率的关键因素。 Objective To explore a new Qingdao model of dispatching volunteers to participate in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)first aid by using"internet+"technology.Methods To build automated external defibrillator(AED)electronic map and training program for first aid volunteers by using the"interconnected first aid"APP,and to formulate the prehospital process of OHCA based on first aid volunteers and AED in order to create"community first aid volunteer service unit"and"mobile AED first aid volunteer service vehicle".In case of an OHCA incident,120 dispatchor telephoned cardiac pulmonary resuscitation and sent ambulance,and dispatched the volunteers within 1 to 1.5 km to carry AED on the scene.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for comparative analysis of the data.Results Qingdao Ambulance Center successfully dispatched 67 volunteers to the scene,of which 7 volunteers arrived with AED.Response radius 1.0(0.8,1.5)km of the volunteer was significantly shorter than that 1.8(1.3,2.6)of mergency medical service(EMS),and volunteer response time 10(7,13)min was not shorter than EMS response time 9(7,12)min,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of"interconnected first aid"APP to dispatch volunteers with AED to participate in OHCA treatment constructed a new first aid model of integrating"intelligent first aid"and"volunteer first aid"with EMS,which can effectively shorten the first aid radius and the first aid start time,is the future trend of the first aid development.The response rate and response time of first aid volunteers,the coverage rate of AED are the key factors affecting the efficiency of the model.
