摘要
装配式建筑项目进度管理工作的开展,面临很多挑战,如何做好进度管理的优化成为思考重点。现针对装配式建筑项目进度管理问题,采取实例分析的方法,展开具体的论述。
The schedule management of prefabricated building projects faces many challenges.How to optimize the schedule management has become the focus of thinking.Aiming at the schedule management of prefabricated building project,this paper adopts the method of case analysis to carry out specific discussion.
