摘要
随着建筑产业化的发展,BIM信息化技术得到越来越多的重视,本文从BIM信息化技术和装配式建筑的概念出发,研究BIM信息化技术在建筑项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、构件生产阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段全寿命周期中的应用,体现了BIM信息化技术与装配式建筑的高度融合,为装配式建筑的实施完成提供更多的增值服务,提高我国建筑行业的管理能力和技术水平,促进建筑业的长足发展。
With the development of construction industrialization,BIM information technology has received growing attention.Based on the concepts of BIM information technology and prefabricated building,the application of BIM in the life cycle of building project is studied in the paper including decision-making stage,design stage,component production stage,construction stage and maintenance stage.The findings reflect the high integration of BIM and prefabricated building can provide more value-added services for project implementation of prefabricated buildings,which serves to improve the management ability and technical level of the construction industry,and accelerate the development of construction industrialization.
