唐山市某小区既有居住建筑节能改造项目效果分析 被引量:2

Effectiveness Analysis on Energy Efficiency Renovation of Existing Residential Buildings in a Community of Tangshan City

摘要 “十二五”期间,在我国北方既有居住建筑供热计量及节能改造工作大规模推进背景下,唐山市充分发挥政府职能,利用德国贷款实施了一批既有居住建筑节能改造项目。本文以其中一个改造小区为例,对项目概括、改造内容、技术措施进行介绍,同时在小区内选取典型建筑进行能效测评,基于ANSYS计算软件对改造后节能减排效果进行分析。结果表明,项目相比改造前能耗降低了64.53%,节能效果显著,取得了显著的环境和经济效益,为后续唐山市开展既有居住建筑节能改造等相关工作积累了宝贵经验。 During the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”period,under the background of large-scale promotion of heating metering and energy efficiency renovation of existing residential buildings in northern China,Tangshan Municipal Government has played administration functions and implemented a number of EE renovation projects of existing residential buildings by using German loans.Taking one of the EE renovation community as an example,this paper introduces the project overview,transformation contents and technical measures,tests the energy efficiency of typical buildings within the community and analyzes the energy saving and emission reduction effects after the transformation based on ANSYS calculation software.The results show that the energy consumption of the project after the renovation was reduced by 64.53%compared with that before the renovation.The energy saving effect was remarkable as well as significant environmental and economic benefits were achieved,which has accumulated valuable experience in carrying out follow-up work on energy efficiency envelope renovation of existing residential buildings in Tangshan City.
