商业综合体业态改造用电负荷需求的逆向分析和探究

Reverse Analysis and Exploration of Power Load Demand for Business Transformation of Commercial Complex

大量商业综合体建筑在持续运营多年后,都面临着业态改造需求。本文针对该类项目在改造过程中和改造后用电负荷变化的问题,在原有电气资料缺失的情况下,结合改造需求及改造时序、现有变压器容量和实际运行情况。进行逆向分析和计算,从而形成相应的用电负荷增容决策,并进一步对商业综合体项目业态改造引发用电负荷调整是否需要变压器增容的问题进行分析和探讨,为后续类似工程提供参考。

After many years of continuous operation,a large number of commercial complex buildings are facing the needs of business transformation.Aiming at the change of power load during and after the transformation of the project,combined with the transformation demand,transformation sequence,existing transformer capacity and actual operation,this paper makes reverse analysis and calculation in the absence of original electrical data,so as to form the corresponding decision on power load capacity increase.And this paper further analyzes and discusses whether transformer capacity increase is required for power load adjustment caused by business type transformation of commercial complex project,so as to provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
