摘要
通过信息化技术加强建筑行业农民工实名制管理,可以大幅度提升农民工的精确化管理问题,维护农民工的权益,防止农民工欠薪所造成的各种社会矛盾。本文具体分析研究建筑行业有效推行农民工实名制管理信息化的具体方法,供业界参考。
Strengthening the real name management of migrant workers in the construction industry through informatization technology can greatly improve the accurate management of migrant workers,safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers and prevent various social contradictions caused by wage arrears of migrant workers.This paper analyzes the specific methods of effectively implementing the management informatization of migrant workers'real name system in the construction industry for reference.
