高师院校与地方合作培养小学教师的有效模式与机制构建

摘要 造就一支高素质专业化创新型小学教师队伍,实施优质的基础教育,是时代和未来对高师院校赋予的历史使命。针对高师院校与地方合作培养小学教师过程中出现的,诸如:师范生封闭式培养、在职教师负担过重、合作培养多方缺乏有效协同等现象,课题组通过长期的调研和实践,构建了“以人为本”的小学教师一体化培养模式、“整体提升式”在职教师专业发展机制和一体化合作培养多方“握手”协作机制,期待经过实践的检验,能为开创小学教师一体化培养新局面增添力量。 It is the historical mission of the times and the future to bring up a team of high quality and professional primary school teachers and to carry out high quality fundamental education.In view of the problems in cooperative training of primary school teachers in normal universities and local areas,such as closed-door training of normal students,over-burden of in-service teachers,the lack of effective coordination,the research team built a“people-oriented”integrated primary teachers training mode,“integral improvement”in-service teacher professional development mechanism and the collaboration mechanism with integration of cooperation.It is expected to create a new situation of integrated training of primary teachers through the test of practice.
