“三德四有”师德师风建设的内在理论逻辑与外部制度建构 被引量:1

摘要 “以德立身”是师德之本体,其内化于“有理想信念、有道德情操”;“以德立学”是师德之存在,其外化于“有扎实的学识”;“以德施教”是师德之运用,其升华为教师的“仁爱之心”。师德师风的建设,在思想观念、制度建设、日常管理不同的层面还存在着很多问题,应当采取建立评价考核机制、树立师德师风先进典型、打造“党建+‘三德四有’师德师风”建设模式、加强师德师风法治学习、设立师德师风日常管理机构等不同的策略,将以“三德四有”为代表的师德师风建设长效化、制度化。 “Standing by virtue”is the body of teachers’ethics,which means“having beliefs and morality”.“Learning by virtue”is the prerequisite of teachers’ethics,which means“solid knowledge”.“Teaching by virtue”is the application of teachers’ethics,which means“love for teaching”.There are still many problems in the construction of“three virtues and four possessings”in terms of ideology,system construction,and routine management.We should adopt different strategies including establishing an evaluation system,setting an example of teachers’morality and ethics,building a model of“Party construction plus three virtues,four possessings teachers ethics”,strengthening the study of the rule of law and ethics,setting up a daily management institution for teachers’ethics and making its construction represented by“three virtues and four possessings”in a long-term and institutionalized manner.
