心脏外科围术期代谢组学的变化

Change of metabonomics in perioperative period of cardiac surgery

摘要 心脏外科围术期往往伴随着复杂的代谢改变,认识这些变化对于围术期管理有指导意义。代谢组学作为最新的组学研究工具,能够检测生物体液或组织中成千上万个代谢物,有利于研究心脏外科围术期重要脏器损伤的发病机制,开发新的脏器保护措施。本文就心脏外科围术期代谢组学的变化进行综述。
