长脉宽1064nm激光联合红蓝光治疗炎症后色素沉着的研究

摘要 目的:探讨长脉宽1064nm激光联合红蓝光治疗在炎症后色素沉着(PIH)患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年8月~2021年3月于某院治疗的92例PIH患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(采取常规红蓝光治疗)和观察组(加用长脉宽1064nm激光治疗)各46例,持续治疗12周,对比两组临床疗效、皮肤状态。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.48%,高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组皮肤状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后皮肤弹性[(0.75±0.07)Uv/Ue]、经皮水分丢失[(17.32±2.55)g/m^(2)·h、角质层含水量[(47.39±1.30)%]高于对照组的(0.69±0.05)Uv/Ue、(14.49±1.58)g/m^(2) h、(46.02±0.97)%,黑色素水平(42.33±5.41)低于对照组的(56.82±7.47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长脉宽1064nm激光联合红蓝光治疗PIH效果确切,可促进色素消退,改善患者皮肤状态。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of long pulse width 1064nm laser combined with red and blue light therapy in patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation(PIH).Methods:92 patients with PIH who were treated in a hospital from August 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(46 cases,conventional red and blue light treatment)and the observation group(46 cases,long pulse width 1064nm laser combined with red and blue light therapy)by random number table method.The treatment was continued for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and skin status were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.48%,which was higher than 73.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in skin status between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,skin elasticity[(0.75±0.07)Uv/Ue],transdermal water loss[(17.32±2.55)g/m^(2)·h,stratum corneum water content[(47.39±1.30)%]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(0.69±0.05)Uv/Ue,(14.49±1.58)g/m^(2)·h,(46.02±0.97)%],which the melanin level in the observation(42.33±5.41)was lower than that in the control group(56.82±7.47),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The long pulse width 1064nm laser combined with red and blue light has definite effect in the treatment of PIH,which can promote pigment regression and improve the skin status of patients.
