舒肝解郁胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征合并抑郁状态的研究

Study on Shugan Jieyu Capsule Combined with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets in the Treatment of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Complicated with Depression

目的:探究舒肝解郁胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征合并抑郁状态的效果。方法:从某院2015年1月~2020年1月选取106例腹泻型肠易激综合征合并抑郁状态的患者,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,观察组采用舒肝解郁胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、焦虑抑郁心理状态以及血清胃肠激素水平。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.23%(51/53),对照组为79.25%(42/53),两组数据存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,比对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的血管活性肠肽(VIP)、胃动素(MTL)明显比对照组更低(P<0.05),P物质(SP)比对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀片能够有效提升腹泻型肠易激综合征合并抑郁状态患者的治疗效果,缓解患者的焦虑抑郁状态,改善血清胃肠激素水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with trimebutine maleate tablets in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome complicated with depression.Methods:106 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome complicated with depression in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with trimebutine maleate tablets.The treatment effect,anxiety and depression state,and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.23%(51/53),and that of the control group was 79.25%(42/53),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.After treatment,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),substance P(SP)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with trimebutine maleate tablets can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome complicated with depression,which can relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the level of serum gastrointestinal hormone.
