醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐对子宫腺肌症患者子宫内膜容受性及复发的影响

Effect of Leuprorelin Acetate Combined with Mirena on Endometrial Receptivity and Recurrence in Patients with Uterine Adenomyosis

目的:探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐对子宫腺肌症患者子宫内膜容受性及复发的影响。方法:随机将某院2019年1月~2020年1月收治的82例子宫腺肌症患者纳入对照组和联合组各41例,其中,对照组单纯采用放置曼月乐治疗,联合组采用醋酸亮丙瑞林联合曼月乐治疗,比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜容受性相关指标状况、疾病症状缓解时间、疾病复发率、不良反应发生率以及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前两组各项子宫容受性相关指标差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后均明显改善,与对照组相比,联合组各项相关指标更优(P<0.05);联合组各项症状缓解时间、病复发率和治疗总有效率均优于对照组,组间存在明显统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:将醋酸亮丙瑞林与曼月乐联合应用于子宫腺肌症患者治疗中,既可加快改善患者子宫内膜容受性,又可降低治疗后复发率,该治疗方案应用效果确切。

Objective:To investigate the effect of leuprorelin acetate combined with Mirena on endometrial receptivity and recurrence in patients with uterine adenomyosis.Methods:82 patients with uterine adenomyosis admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the combined group(n=41).The control group was only treated with Mirena,and the combined group was treated with leuprorelin acetate combined with Mirena.The status of endometrial receptivity related indicators,the time to remission of disease symptoms,the rate of disease recurrence,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the relevant indexes of uterine receptivity between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were significantly improved after treatment.Compared with the control group,the combined group had better related indexes(P<0.05).In addition,the time to remission of disease symptoms,disease recurrence rate and the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of leuprorelin acetate and Mirena in the treatment of patients with uterine adenomyosis can not only speed up the improvement of the patient's endometrial receptivity,but also reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.The application effect of this treatment plan is accurate.
