高血压病眩晕以半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤进行干预治疗的效果分析

The Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the Interventional Treatment of Hypertensive Vertigo

目的:分析高血压病眩晕患者接受半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤医治后效果。方法:选取2019年6月~2021年6月参与研究的高血压病眩晕患者108例,按随机数字表法分为研究1组和研究2组各54例。研究1组采用常规降压西药,研究2组采用半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤。对两组治疗前、治疗14d后中医眩晕程度分级评分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、血管内皮功能指标降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)水平值,脑神经代谢指标去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、3,4-二.羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)与高香草酸(HVA)比值(DOPAC/HVA比值)进行对比分析。结果:治疗14d后,研究2组中医眩晕程度分级评分、DHI量表评分、ET-1值、TM值相比研究1组更低(P<0.05);治疗14d后,研究2组CGRP值、NE值、DA值、DOPAC/HVA比值相比研究1组更高(P<0.05)。结论:高血压病眩晕接受半夏白术天麻汤联合黄连温胆汤治疗疗效较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction in the interventional treatment of hypertensive vertigo.Methods:108 patients with hypertensive vertigo from June 2019 to June 2021 were involved in the study,and grouped according to the random number table method.Study 1 group(54 cases)was given conventional antihypertensive western medicine,and study 2 group(54 cases)was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction.Before treatment and after 14 days of treatment,the TCM vertigo degree grading score,the vertigo disorder scale(DHI)score,the vascular endothelial function index calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),endothelin-1(ET-1),thrombomodulin(TM)level value,brain nerve metabolism index norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DOPAC)and homovanillic acid(HVA)ratio(DOPAC/HVA ratio)were explored.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the TCM vertigo grading score,DHI scale score,ET-1 value,and TM value of the study 2 group were lower than those of the study 1 group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the CGRP value,NE value,DA value,and DOPAC/HVA ratio of the study 2 group were higher than those in the study 1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo is more effective.
