酪酸梭菌二联活菌散与间歇蓝光照射联合应用治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探究新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中联用间歇蓝光照射与酪酸梭菌二联活菌散的临床价值。方法:遴选时段2020年8月~2021年4月内新生儿高胆红素血症患儿86例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用间歇蓝光照射,观察组采用蓝光照射联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散,对比两组临床总疗效、血清胆红素水平、免疫功能指标、不良反应率。结论:观察组患儿治疗总疗效(95.35%)较对照组(81.40%)明显更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前免疫指标水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组IgG、IgM、IgA均有所提升,且观察组较对照组升高幅度更显著(P<0.05);两组治疗前胆红素水平水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组T-BiL、D-BiL、I-BiL水平均有所下降,且观察组较对照组降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(9.30%)较对照组(11.63%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于新生儿高胆红素血症在间歇蓝光照射的基础上,联用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散,不仅可有效改善血清胆红素水平、促进黄疸消退,同时可提高免疫功能,预防不良反应的发生。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:Eighty six infants with neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia from August 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(43 patients,intermittent blue light irradiation)and the observation group(43 patients,combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders combined with intermittent blue light irradiation)by random number table method.The indicators such as the total clinical efficacy,serum bilirubin level,immune function indicators,and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared.Results:The total therapeutic efficacy in the observation group(95.35%)was significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of immune markers between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The IgG,IgM,IgA were increased in both groups after treatment,and the increase was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bilirubin levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while levels of T-Bil,D-Bil,I-Bil were decreased in both groups after treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(9.30%)and the control group(11.63%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:For neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,on the basis of intermittent blue light irradiation,the combination of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders can not only effectively improve serum bilirubin levels and promote jaundice regression,but also improve immune function and prevent the incidence of adverse reactions.
