环节质控模式在消化内镜洗消质量管理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Link Quality Control Mode in the Quality Management of Digestive Endoscopy Decontamination

目的:研究环节质控模式的实施方法及在消化内镜洗消质量管理中的应用价值。方法:将某院消毒供应中心回收的400件消化内镜随机分为C组和C+H组各200件,C组采用常规洗消质量管理,C+H组采用常规洗消质量管理+环节质控干预。比较两组内镜洗消合格率,并于两组内镜洗消后,分别统计内镜表面菌落数和镜腔菌落数。结果:C+H组内镜清洗、消毒合格率依次98%、96%,均高于C组的81%、75%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);洗消前,C组和C+H组内镜表面菌落数和镜腔菌落数比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);洗消后,C+H组内镜表面菌落数和镜腔菌落数均低于C组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过环节质控模式对消化内镜洗消各环节质量的管控,可有效提高内镜洗消合格率,降低内镜表面菌落数和镜腔菌落数,具有重要应用价值,值得推广于消化内镜洗消质量管理中。

Objective:To study the implementation method of link quality control mode and its application value in the quality management of digestive endoscopy decontamination.Methods:400 pieces of digestive endoscopes recovered from the disinfection supply center of a hospital were randomly divided into group C(200 pieces)and group C+H(200 pieces).The two groups were given routine decontamination quality management,and routine decontamination quality management+link quality control intervention,respectively.The qualified rate of endoscopic decontamination was compared between the two groups;The number of colonies on the surface of the endoscope and the number of colonies in the cavity of the endoscope were counted after the endoscopic decontamination in the two groups.Results:The qualified rates of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection in C+H group were 98%and 96%,which were higher than 81%and 75%in C group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before decontamination,there was no significant difference in the number of colonies on the endoscope surface and cavity of the endoscope between the group C and group C+H(P>0.05).After decontamination,the number of endoscopic surface colonies and endoscopic cavity colonies in group C+H was lower than that in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The link quality control mode can effectively improve the qualified rate of endoscopic decontamination and reduce the number of endoscopic surface colonies and endoscopic cavity colonies through the control of the quality of each link of digestive endoscopic decontamination,which has important application value and is worthy of promotion in the quality management of digestive endoscopy decontamination.
