踝关节骨折术后踝关节功能康复治疗效果研究

Effect of Rehabilitation Treatment of Ankle Function after Operation of Ankle Fracture

目的:探析踝关节骨折术后患者接受踝关节功能康复治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2021年2月于某院接受踝关节骨折手术治疗的94例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组患者术后接受常规康复治疗,观察组患者接受踝关节功能康复治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后踝关节功能[美国足与踝关节协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及术后并发症发生率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组所获疗效明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者AOFAS评分与VAS评分差异不大(P>0.05),治疗6个月后,与对照组比较,观察组AOFAS评分更高,VAS评分更低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:对踝关节骨折术后患者采用踝关节功能康复治疗有利于骨折及踝关节功能的恢复,缓解其疼痛感,并降低了术后并发症风险,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of ankle functional rehabilitation in patients with ankle fracture after operation.Methods:94 patients who underwent ankle fracture surgery in a hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment after operation,and the patients in the observation group received ankle function rehabilitation treatment.The clinical efficacy,ankle function[American foot and ankle Association(AOFAS)ankle-posterior foot score],degree of pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]before and after treatment,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in AOFAS score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,compared with the control group,AOFAS score was higher and VAS score was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation treatment of ankle function for postoperative patients with ankle fracture is conducive to the recovery of fracture and ankle function,relieve their pain,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which has high clinical promotion value.
