亚低温护理对心肺复苏急诊患者氧化应激及自主循环功能的影响研究 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Mild Hypothermia Nursing on Oxidative Stress and Autonomic Circulation in Emergency Patients with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

摘要 目的:研究亚低温护理干预的实施方法及在心肺复苏急诊患者护理中的应用研究。方法:将某院收治的110例行心肺复苏急救的心脏骤停患者随机分为常规组和亚低温组各55例,常规组采用常规护理,亚低温组采用常规护理+亚低温护理,对比两组患者护理干预前后的氧化应激指标(血清GSH-Px、SOD、MDA)和自主循环恢复效果、护理满意度。结果:干预后,亚低温组GSH-Px、SOD高于常规组(P<0.05),MDA低于常规组(P<0.05);亚低温组患者自主循环恢复率为81.82%,高于常规组的67.17%(P<0.05);且亚低温组患者自主循环恢复时间短于常规组(P<0.05);观察可见,亚低温组患者的护理满意度明显更高于常规组患者,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以心肺复苏急救患者亚低温护理能有效降低氧化应激刺激,提高患者自主循环功能恢复效果。 Objective:To study the implementation of mild hypothermia nursing intervention and its application in cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency patient nursing.Methods:110 cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients with cardiac arrest admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into routine group(55 cases)and mild hypothermia group(55 cases),and the two groups were given routine nursing and routine nursing+mild hypothermia nursing,respectively.The oxidative stress indexes(serum GSH-Px,SOD,MDA),the recovery effect of autonomic circulation,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.Results:After intervention,GSH-Px and SOD in mild hypothermia group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05),while MDA was lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of autonomic circulation in mild hypothermia group was 81.82%,which was higher than 67.17%in routine group(P<0.05).The recovery time of autonomic circulation in mild hypothermia group was shorter than that in routine group(P<0.05).The observation showed that the nursing satisfaction of patients in the mild hypothermia group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mild hypothermia nursing for emergency patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation can effectively reduce oxidative stress stimulation and improve the recovery effect of patients'autonomic circulation function.
