摘要
采用高支纯棉紧密纺纱线设计高档衬衫面料。利用织物组织与色纱的配合,形成2种不同风格的色织条纹衬衫面料。经过合理设计各织造工序生产工艺,并通过液氨整理,使纯棉衬衫面料具备免烫性能,最终开发出高档纯棉免烫色织衬衫面料。
High-grade shirt fabric was designed by high-branch cotton compact spinning line.By combining fabric structure and colored yarn,two different styles of colored stripe shirt fabrics are formed.After reasonable design the weaving process,and liquid ammonia finishing,the pure cotton shirt fabric has the blanching-free performance,and finally the high-grade pure cotton blanching-free fabric shirt fabric is developed.
