摘要 根据GB 5009.87—2016中钒钼黄分光光度法测定婴幼儿谷物类辅助食品中磷含量的分析,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,推导出各分量不确定度计算公式,对所有不确定度分量进行合成。得出婴幼儿谷物类辅助食品中磷含量不确定度评定结果。结果表明:当婴幼儿谷物类辅助食品中磷含量为378 mg/100 g时,其扩展不确定度为5.42 mg/100 g。 According to the vanadium-molybdenum yellow spectrophotometric method provided in national standard GB 5009.87—2016,the phosphorus content in cereal supplements for infants and young children was determined,and a mathematical model was established to analyze the uncertainty sources in the determination process.The formulas for calculating the uncertainty of each component were deduced,and all the uncertainty components were synthesized.The results showed that when the content of phosphorus in the cereal supplements was 378mg/100g,the expanded uncertainty was 5.42mg/100g.
