黔产中药材绿豆衣薄层色谱鉴别方法研究

摘要 目的:研究绿豆衣薄层色谱鉴别方法,为黔产绿豆衣的质量标准建立提供依据。方法:以聚酰胺薄膜板,正丁醇∶乙酸∶水∶氯仿(6∶2∶2∶1)的上层液为展开剂,展开后喷以1%三氯化铝溶液后晾干,置紫外灯光(365 nm)下检视,与对照品牡荆素、异牡荆素比较。结果:绿豆衣药材与对照品牡荆素、异牡荆素在聚酰胺薄膜板相应位置上显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:该方法简单可行,重现性好,结果可靠,可用于绿豆衣薄层色谱标准的制定。 The paper examines the thin-layer chromatographic identification method for mung bean seed-coat to provide support for the establishment of quality criteria of mung bean seed-coat produced in Guizhou.Using the supernatant of n-butanol,acetic acid,water and chloroform solution(6∶2∶2∶1)as the developing solvent on the polyamide thin-layer plate,spray 1%of aluminum trichloride solution after the development,and let it dry out.Then put the plate under ultraviolet light(365 nm)for inspection,and compare it with the reference substances vitexin and isovitexin.The results show that the mung bean seed-coat and the reference substances display the same color fluorescent spots at the corresponding positions of the polyamide thin-layer plate.In conclusion,the method is simple and feasible,with good reproducibility and reliable results,and can be used to formulate the thin-layer chromatographic criteria of mung bean seed-coat.
