白及块茎与须根多糖提取及止血作用研究 被引量:2

Extraction of polysaccharide from tuber and fibrousroot of Bletilla striata and study on its blood coagulation effect

摘要 目的:比较白及须根与块茎粗多糖中多糖含量和体外凝血实验结果,为开发白及新的药用部位,质量控制及应用研究提供依据。方法:以水提醇沉法提取白及粗多糖;采用苯酚硫酸法测定其多糖含量;云南白药为阳性对照,通过大鼠体外凝血实验,比较分析白及须根与块茎粗多糖体外凝血时间差异。结果:白及块茎粗多糖得率及多糖含量大于白及须根;两者体外凝血时间与阴性对照有显著性差异(P<0.05),与阳性对照无显著性差异(P>0.05),白及须根粗多糖与白及块茎粗多糖体外凝血时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:白及须根粗多糖与白及块茎粗多糖均有体外凝血作用,两者凝血作用可能相当,因此还需进一步研究,为白及须根成为白及的药用部位提供依据。 In this study we explored the polysaccharide content in the fibrous root and the tuber of Bletilla striata and carried out in vitro blood coagulation tests of the crude polysaccharide,so as to provide basis for the development,quality control and application of new medicinal parts of Bletilla striata.The polysaccharide was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Yunnan Baiyao was used as the positive control,and the in vitro blood coagulation test was conducted on rats to compare the difference of in vitro blood coagulation time between the crude polysaccharide from the fibrous root and from the tuber of Bletilla striata.The yield and content of crude polysaccharide from the tuber were higher than that from the fibrous root.The in vitro blood coagulation time of the crude polysaccharide was significantly different from that of the negative control(P<0.05),but not significantly different from that of the positive control(P>0.05).In conclusion,the crude polysaccharide from the fibrous root and the tuber of Bletilla striata has in vitro blood coagulation function,and their coagulation effects might be similar.Therefore,further study is needed to provide evidence for adopting the fibrous root as the medicinal part of Bletilla striata.
