摘要
为进一步提高兰坪县林业高质量发展水平,构建了包括林业要素、林业经济和林业环境3个维度30项指标的评价体系,并结合熵值法对兰坪县林业高质量发展水平进行测度。结果表明:兰坪县林业高质量发展的水平值F为0.34,位于第三等级,说明兰坪县林业高质量的发展水平处在中等水平状态。林业要素的高质量发展水平值F_(1)为0.35,林业经济高质量发展水平值F_(2)为0.32,林业环境高质量发展水平值F_(3)为0.42,三者均处于中等水平状态。
In order to further improve the high quality development level of forestry in Lanping County,this paper constructed an evaluation system of 30 indexes including three dimensions of forestry factors,forestry economy and forestry environment,and measured the high quality development level of forestry in Lanping County with entropy method.The results are as follows:The level value F of high-quality forestry development in Lanping County is 0.34,which is in the third grade,indicating that the development level of high-quality forestry in Lanping County is in the middle level to state.The high quality development level value F_(1) of forestry elements was 0.35,the high quality development level value of forestry economy F_(2) is 0.32,and the high quality development level value of forestry environment F_(3) is 0.42.All three are in the medium level state.
