摘要
应用CIPP实践课程教学评价模式,构建二级评价指标体系,选择土地整理、土地规划及土地调查与评价3门实践课程作为样本,采用问卷调查方式,分析土地资源管理专业实践教学在背景、投入、过程、成果4个方面的得分情况。结果显示,当前仍存在实践教学目标不清晰,师资结构需要完善,缺乏教学监管和考核机制,社会认可度不高等问题。因此,提出了明确实践教学目标定位,增强实践教学投入,加强实践教学全过程管理,完善实践教学成果评价机制等对策建议。
Based on the CIPP practical curriculum teaching evaluation model,a two-level evaluation index system is constructed.Three practical courses,land consolidation,land planning,and Land Survey and evaluation,are selected as samples,this paper analyzes the score of practice teaching of Land Resource Management Specialty in four aspects:background,input,process and achievement.The result show that the goal of practical teaching is not clear,the structure of teachers needs to be improved,the mechanism of teaching supervision and assessment is lacking,and the degree of social approval is not high.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as making clear the target of practice teaching,strengthening the investment of practice teaching,strengthening the whole process management of practice teaching and constructing the evaluation mechanism of practice teaching achievements.
