昆山市高素质农民学历教育的实践与未来展望

实施乡村振兴战略的关键和核心在于人才,培育一支有文化、懂技术、善经营的高素质农民队伍,是深化农村改革、壮大农业新型经营主体的根本途径,是解决“谁来种地”问题、发展现代农业的重大举措,是实现农业农村高质量发展的重要保障。为培育具备高素质高学历的农业农村经营管理人才,昆山市首次尝试开展高素质农民成人高等学历免费教育,吸纳了一批高素质农民乡土专家,建立了数所高素质农民田间学校,助力乡村振兴战略实施。该文介绍了昆山市高素质农民学历教育的实践,并对未来发展进行了展望,为进一步提升高素质农民培育水平提供参考。

The key and core of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization lies in talents.Cultivating a highquality peasant team with culture,technology and good management,which is the fundamental way to deepen the rural reform and strengthen the new agricultural management subject,is the important measure to solve the problem of“who will plant the land”and develop modern agriculture,and is an important guarantee to realize the high-quality development of agricultural rural areas.In order to cultivate high-quality and highly educated agricultural rural management personnel,KunShan for the first time tried to carry out high-quality farmers adult higher education free education,excavated a number of high-quality farmers local experts,built a number of high-quality farmers field schools,to help the rural revitalization strategy.This article introduces the practice of academic education for highquality farmers in Kunshan City,and puts forward future prospects to lay a solid foundation for further improving the cultivation level of high-quality farmers.
