国外某铜钴矿铜电积液除油工艺应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 在铜电积过程中,电积液中的有机相会对阴极铜产生不良的影响。以刚果(金)某铜钴矿项目为例,介绍了一种“前端凝聚吸附+末端双介质过滤”两段深度除油净化工艺。该工艺先利用凝聚介质去除水相中非乳化、游离和分散的油相,促进有机溶剂中的有机相和夹带水溶液的分离;再通过双介质过滤器中进行深层净化。除油过程中不加入任何药剂,电积液脱油率大于90%,有机相回收率达85%,除油率高,无污染,低能耗,有机相回收率高。实践证明,该工艺能有效消除电积液中有机相对铜电积工艺、阴极铜产品质量的影响。 In the copper electrowinning process, the organic phase of electric fluid has an adverse effect on the cathode. Taking a copper-cobalt mine project in the Congo(DRC) as an example, a two-stage deep oil removal and purification process of "front-end coagulation adsorption + end-end dual-medium filtration" is introduced.Firstly, the coagulation medium is used to remove the non emulsified, free and dispersed oil phase in the aqueous phase, so as to promote the separation of the organic phase in the organic solvent and the entrained aqueous solution;Then deep purification is carried out through the dual medium filter. No agent is added in the oil removal process, the oil removal rate of electric effusion is greater than 90%, and the recovery rate of organic phase is 85%.The oil removal rate is high, pollution-free, low energy consumption and high recovery rate of organic phase. The practice shows that this process can effectively eliminate the influence of organic relative copper electrodeposition process and cathode copper product quality.
