结合俄罗斯某铜厂铜冶炼烟气制酸项目,为了方便现场中控室俄罗斯操作人员使用,在西门子PCS7过程控制系统软件PCS7 V9.0SP2的基础上安装俄语包,通过修改Windows区域和语言设置,更新功能块库和文本库等方法最终实现了工艺操作画面俄语和多国语言的切换显示功能。

Combined with the acid production project of copper smelting flue gas in a Russian copper plant, in order to facilitate the operation of the site control room operators and realize the operation screen in Russian, this paper introduces the installation of Russian package on the basis of Siemens PCS 7 process control system software PCS 7 V9.0 SP2. By modifying the windows regional and language settings, updating the function block library and text library, the switching display function between Russian and multi language of the process operation screen is finally realized.
