摘要
回转窑焚烧处理工艺是现阶段对高热值危险废物的主要处理技术。然而,危险废物来源广泛,形态各异,在进入回转窑焚烧处理前有必要进行预处理。在分析目前预处理技术针对不同性状危险废物不够精准、不易排除事故风险等问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了不易破碎的软质纺织类废物、桶装废物、液体废物的预处理工艺。
Rotary kiln incineration process is the main treatment technology for high calorific value hazardous waste at this stage.However, hazardous wastes have a wide range of sources and different forms. It is necessary to carry out pretreatment before entering the rotary kiln for incineration. Based on the analysis of the problems that the current pretreatment technology is not accurate enough for hazardous wastes with different characteristics and is not easy to eliminate accident risks, a targeted pretreatment process for soft textile wastes, barreled wastes and liquid wastes that are not easy to be broken is proposed.
