Study on the Impact of Labor Force Changes on China’s Textile Industry

劳动力是产业发展的基础要素。文章研究了我国劳动力人口结构、质量、流动的新变化与新特征,分析了劳动力变化对我国纺织工业的影响,提出了行业应对劳动力问题的发展建议。为了积极应对劳动力供给压力,行业应推动完善教育培训体系,加快产业体系的数字化转型升级,进行科学合理的区域布局,从而保障行业平稳运行与高质量发展。

Labor force is the basic element of industrial development.This paper studies the new changes and characteristics of Chinese population structure,quality and mobility,analyzes the influence brought by the change of labor force to China’s textile industry,and puts forward some development suggestions for the textile industry to deal with labor problems.In order to actively cope with the pressure of labor supply,the industry should promote the education and training system,accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of production and manufacturing system,and carry out scientific and reasonable regional layout,so as to ensure the stable operation and high-quality development of the industry.
