摘要
随着“双碳”战略的实施,绿色低碳发展将是纤维材料产业发展的主旋律。生物基纤维因原料来源于可再生生物质,相较于石油基原料,减碳效果更明显,因此大力发展生物基纤维对助力碳达峰碳中和具有非常重要的意义。文章将生物基纤维分为生物基原生纤维、生物基再生纤维、生物基合成纤维,对3类纤维的原料来源和性能特点进行了介绍;重点介绍了生物基原料、生物基再生纤维、生物基合成纤维的发展技术路径,分析了生物基纤维的发展趋势,提出生物基纤维在原料来源绿色化的基础上,实现加工技术、生产过程、产品使用与维护、寿命终结等全生命周期低碳化是关键。
With the implementation of the"carbon peak and neutrality"policy,green and low-carbon development will be the main theme of the development of the fiber industry.Bio-based fiber has obvious carbon reduction effect compared with petroleum based raw materials because its raw materials come from renewable biomass.Therefore,the vigorous development of bio-based fiber is of great significance to achieve carbon peak and neutrality goals.In this paper,bio-based fibers are divided into bio-based primary fibers,bio-based regenerated fibers and bio-based synthetic fibers.The raw material and performance characteristics of the three types of fibers are introduced.It also introduces the development technology path of bio-based raw materials,bio-based regenerated fibers and bio-based synthetic fibers,analyzes the development trend of bio-based fibers,and puts forward that on the basis of greening the source of raw materials,it is the key to realize the whole life cycle low carbonization of bio-based fibers,such as processing technology,production process,product use and maintenance,end of life and so on.
