基于机器视觉的卷烟燃烧轴向偏离校正方法研究

摘要 卷烟燃烧灰柱偏离度是评价卷烟质量的一个重要指标,影响卷烟消费体验,从而直接影响烟草市场。机器视觉随视点变化观察烟支圆周的过程中出现了视觉偏差。为了校正卷烟燃烧灰柱与滤棒轴心夹角的轴向偏差,得到准确的卷烟燃烧灰柱偏离度,提出了基于机器视觉的烟支燃烧灰柱偏离的校正方法。在无风的烟支燃烧实验中,利用了机器视觉对卷烟烟支检测,通过投影公式,校正了视觉偏差,获得实际的灰柱长度及偏离角度。与人工评价卷烟质量及性能相比,提高了效率,增强了客观性与准确性。为促进卷烟生产的质量评价提供了理论依据。 The deviation degree of cigarette combustion ash column is an important indicator to evaluate cigarette quality,which affects the cigarette consumption experience and directly affects the tobacco market.The visual deviation occurs in the process of observing the circumference of cigarettes by machine vision with the change of viewpoint.In order to correct the axial deviation of the angle between the cigarette burning ash column and the axis of the filter rod,and obtain the accurate deviation of the cigarette burning ash column,a method for correcting the deviation of the cigarette burning ash column based on machine vision was proposed.In the windless cigarette combustion experiment,machine vision was used to detect cigarettes,and the projection formula was used to correct the visual deviation to obtain the actual length and deviation angle of the ash column.Compared with manual evaluation of the quality and performance of cigarettes,the efficiency is improved,and the objectivity and accuracy are enhanced.It provides a theoretical basis for promoting the quality evaluation of cigarette production.
