中唐诗人王建《宫词》用百首绝句的联章体组诗形式,反应宫廷内皇帝和宫中女性等多方面的内容,不仅对我国古典文学史的发展有着深远影响,而且为我国古代宫廷体育史的研究提供了重要史料。文章通过对中唐诗人王建的百首《宫词》中相关体育活动进行探析,对该时期的宫廷体育活动进行归纳与分类,以了解中唐时期的宫廷体育活动状况。中唐时期的宫廷体育活动主要包括以下几类:球戏类、射艺类、博弈类、水上体育娱乐类等活动项目。

The poet Wang Jian’s"Palace Lyrics",in the form of a poem in a couplet of one hundred stanzas,reflects the multifaceted lives of the emperor and the women in the palace,and has not only had a profound influence on the development of Chinese classical literature,but has also provided important historical material for the study of the history of sports in the palace in ancient China.Through an exploration of the hundred’Palace Lyrics’by the Mid-Tang poet Wang Jian,we can summarize and classify the court sports activities of the period in order to understand the state of court sports activities in the Mid-Tang period.The main categories of court sports in the Middle Tang period include the following:ball games,archery,gaming,and water sports and recreation.
