颈椎亚健康在大学生中非常常见,文章分析了这些现象的原因,并提出了一些预防措施。颈椎亚健康是可以治疗的,可以及早预防和康复,方便的生活引起了很多不良的生活方式和习惯。大学生的颈椎病患病率越来越高。需要大学生对颈椎健康有一定的认识,使用实验方法对大学学生进行了运动干预实验。性别、学位对是否患颈椎亚健康没有任何影响。近视和压力大小与颈椎亚健康有一定关系。颈椎亚健康经常有颈肩酸痛、不适较多。因为本身的不重视会使症状加重,文章就八段锦提升大学生颈椎亚健康的方法进行了简单介绍,以期对学生颈椎亚健康有所帮助。
cervical sub-health is very common among college students.This paper analyzes the causes of these phenomena and puts forward some preventive measures.Cervical sub-health is treatable and can be prevented and recovered as soon as possible.The convenient life causes many bad life styles and habits.The prevalence of cervical spondylosis in college students is increasing.It is necessary for college students to have a certain understanding of cervical spine health.Using the experimental method,the exercise intervention experiment was carried out on college students.Gender and degree had no effect on cervical sub-health.Myopia and stress are related to cervical sub-health.Cervical sub-health often has neck and shoulder pain and discomfort.Because their own neglect will aggravate the symptoms.This paper introduces the methods of Baduanjin to improve the cervical sub-health of college students.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the students’ cervical sub-health.
