摘要
作为中国“国球”——乒乓球,该项目在我国拥有最为深厚的群众基础。乒乓球运动娱乐性较强,场地器材要求较低,一般人可以快速上手,因此,对于大众来说拥有极佳的推广属性。另外,乒乓球也拥有极强的竞技性,在你来我往的比赛中体现出你争我夺,你拼我抢的激烈的对抗性,同时提升了乒乓球运动的观赏性。乒乓球不仅受到人民大众的喜爱,在高校体育选项课中也深受学生欢迎。研究表明,体能水平的高低将直接影响学生对于乒乓球运动技术的学习速度与发挥水平,文章就高校乒乓球教学中体能训练的概念以及重要性展开探讨,并对乒乓球教学中基础体能训练的方法以及专项体能训练方法加以解析,旨在为高校乒乓球教学水平、学生训练水平的提高提供理论参考。
As China’s"national ball"--table tennis,this project has the most profound mass base in China.Table tennis is highly entertaining and requires low equipment.Ordinary people can get started quickly,so it has excellent promotion properties for the public.In addition,table tennis also has a strong competitive nature,in the competition between you and me reflects the fierce competitive attribute of fighting for each other,you fight for each other,and improves the enjoyment of table tennis.Table tennis is not only popular among the people,but also popular among college students in the elective courses of physical education.The research shows that the level of physical fitness will directly affect students’learning speed and playing level of table tennis sports technology.This paper discusses the concept and importance of physical fitness training in college table tennis teaching,and analyzes the basic physical fitness training methods and special physical fitness training methods in table tennis teaching.The aim is to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of college table tennis teaching level and students’training level.
