我国电子竞技职业化发展过程中的道德失范——以英雄联盟职业赛事为例

Ethic Anomie in Development of E-sports Professionalism in China-League of Legends as Example

采用数理分析等研究方法对我国电子竞技职业化发展过程中的道德失范问题进行研究,总结电子竞技职业化道德失范的特征,分析电子竞技职业化道德失范的成因,探讨电子竞技职业化道德失范的治理路径。研究表明,俱乐部所属人员违背职业道德、俱乐部间产生恶性竞争、选手言语过激、假赛博彩、消极比赛、电竞粉丝形成网络“黑词”、发表恶意弹幕是电子竞技道德失范的主要表现。电竞人才培养缺失、俱乐部“代练乱象”、选手文化程度不高、选手低龄化、电竞粉丝匿名机制下的自我发泄、盲目追星现象是电子竞技道德失范的主要原因。在此基础之上,结合社会学对越轨行为的控制,提出加强行业的人才供给;完善俱乐部激励机制;加大对假赛的惩罚力度;提高选手的选拔门槛;优化网络的限制方式;弘扬电竞的精神文明等治理路径。

The paper summarizes the characteristics and causes of the ethic anomie of e-sports and discusses the management path of e-sports in the development of e-sports in China.Research shows that the main e-sports ethic anomie include the violation of the professional ethics,vicious competitions between clubs,extreme words,fake gambling,negative competition,online verbal violation by e-sports fans and malicious barrage.The main reasons for the ethic anomie of e-sports training include loss of talent development,training substitutes,lack of education of the e-sports players,young players,idolaters and relieving emotions in the anonymous mechanism by e-sports fans.The paper proposes to improve the talent supply and club incentive mechanism,increase the punishment of fake competitions,increase the selection standards of players,improve the online restrictions and the spiritual civilization of e-sports.
