英国促进中小学女生体育参与的实践经验及启示

Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Promoting School Girls Sports Participation in UK

采用对比分析法和案例分析法对英国促进中小学女生体育参与的实践经验进行分析,以期为提升我国中小学女生体育参与水平提供借鉴。研究结果表明:(1)英国政府在体育政策、战略和财政等方面采取多项措施,解决中小学女生体育的不平等问题;(2)社会大众传媒的宣传、女性体育经济地位的提升、社会体育组织的支持,为英国中小学女生的体育社会化发展提供了有利条件;(3)英国致力于解决中小学女生校园社会支持网络体系中存在的问题,促进女生校园体育参与水平。对我国的启示:(1)政府层面支持:尽快出台更多的女生体育政策和战略,保障女生体育参与的平等权利;(2)社会层面支持:借助大众媒体、社会组织和体育榜样等载体,助推中小学女生体育的社会化发展;(3)学校层面支持:加紧实施校园女生体育干预方案,促进“家-校-社”联动,从根本上解决中小学女生体育参与中的问题。

With the research methods of comparative analysis and case study,the paper analyzes the ways to promote girls sports participation in primary and secondary schools in UK for years,in order to provide reference for promoting the level of girls sports participation in primary and secondary schools in China.The research results show that:1)The British government is working hard to solve the inequality of female sports in primary and secondary schools in terms of sports policy,strategy and finance;2)It attaches importance to publicity through social mass media,enhancement of the economic status of women in sports,and social sports organizations to provide favorable conditions for the socialization of sports for girls in primary and secondary schools;3)UK attaches great importance to alleviating the barriers in the school social support network system for girls in primary and secondary schools to achieve the goal of promoting the level of girls participation in school sports.The enlightenment to China includes:1)in terms of government level support,it is necessary to introduce more girls sports policies and strategies as soon as possible to guarantee girls equal rights in sports participation;2)in terms of social level support,it is necessary to use mass media,social organizations and sports role models to help promote the social development of girls sports in primary and secondary schools;3)in terms of school-level support,it is necessary to increase the implementation of school girls sports intervention programs,promote the“home-school-society”linkage,and solve the problems of girls sports participation in primary and secondary schools.
