摘要
为满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)相关排放标准,采用水洗技术进行甲醇储罐VOCs气体的回收。介绍了甲醇储罐尾气治理的工艺流程、控制方案、风险控制及优化改进措施,肯定了水洗技术在甲醇储罐VOCs排放治理中的工业化应用效果。
In order to meet the relevant emission standards of “Petrochemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standards” (GB 31571-2015),water washing technology is used to recover VOCs from methanol storage tanks.The article introduces the process flow,control plan,risk control and optimization improvement measures of methanol storage tank exhaust gas treatment,and affirms the industrial application effect of water washing technology in methanol storage tank VOCs emission treatment.
