摘要 针对影响金属材料焊接成型的因素展开分析,包括氧化物因素、蒸汽压因素、热环境因素、基材因素等。结合金属材料焊接成型中的主要缺陷,如裂纹缺陷、焊缝折断缺陷、夹渣缺陷、气孔缺陷、咬边缺陷、焊瘤缺陷等,通过合理选择焊接方式、合理控制焊接参数、搭建良好的焊接环境、做好焊接过程控制、及时修复焊接缺陷等措施,提高金属材料焊接成型质量,推动行业经济健康发展。 This article analyzes the factors that affect the welding forming of metal materials.The content involves oxide factors,vapor pressure factors,thermal environment factors,base material factors,etc.,combined with the main defects in the welding forming of metal materials,such as crack defects,weld fractures Defects,slag inclusion defects,porosity defects,undercut defects,welding bead defects,etc.,through research,reasonable selection of welding methods,reasonable control of welding parameters,establishment of a good welding environment,control of the welding process,and timely repair of welding defects,etc.The purpose is to improve the quality of welding and forming of metal materials and promote the healthy development of the industry’s economy.
