摘要
从《食品添加剂》课程思政的必要性、融入课程思政的路径、课程思政教学策略实例三个方面进行介绍,对《食品添加剂》课程进行教学改革,详细描述了课程思政教学实例,在完成课程知识传授、能力培养的同时,充分发挥《食品添加剂》课程思政育人的作用。
The article introduces three aspects:the necessity of “Food Additives” course ideological and political,the path into the curriculum ideological and political teaching,and examples of curriculum ideological and political teaching strategies.The teaching reform of the “Food Additives” course is especially described in detail.Politics teaching examples,while completing course knowledge transfer and ability training,give full play to the role of “Food Additives” course in ideological and political education.
