摘要
电石生产过程中引入全流程一体化控制技术,可以改善传统生产技术的不足,实现高效控制生产参数与设备的目的。电石生产过程中会受到炉况、其他因素等影响,会出现控制不当的情况,有必要做好研究分析工作,提高电石生产运行的实效性。以电石生产为着手点,分析流程生产过程中存在的问题,结合实际情况给出全流程一体化控制与优化措施,进一步提高电石生产运行的实效性。
The introduction of whole-process integrated control technology in the production of calcium carbide can improve the shortcomings of traditional production technology and achieve the purpose of efficiently controlling production parameters and equipment.The production process of calcium carbide will be affected by furnace conditions and other factors,and improper control will occur.It is necessary to do research and analysis work to improve the effectiveness of calcium carbide production and operation.In view of this,the article takes calcium carbide production as the starting point,analyzes the problems in the process production process,and combines the actual situation to give the whole process integrated control and optimization measures to further improve the effectiveness of calcium carbide production and operation.
