摘要
建立了同时测定工作场所化学品中20种挥发性有机化合物的定性定量分析方法——顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用法,结果显示:20种挥发性有机物均可高效分离;各组分标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率在90.02%~ 103.57%,相对标准偏(RSD)均不大于5.0%,检出限均低于0.1μg/mL。该联用法的前处理简单,分离效果好,回收率和精密度高,能够满足工作场所化学品中挥发性有机物检测要求。
A qualitative and quantitative analysis method headspace gas chromatography / mass spectrometry for the simultaneous determination of 20 volatile organic compounds in workplace chemicals was established.The test showed that 20 volatile organic compounds could be separated efficiently;The correlation coefficient R;of the standard curve of each component is greater than 0.999,the recovery is between 90.02% ~ 103.57%,the relative standard deviation (RSD) is not greater than 5.0%,and the detection limit is less than 0.1μg/mL。The combined method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,good separation effect,high recovery and precision,and can meet the detection requirements of volatile organic compounds in workplace chemicals.
