With the increasing proportion of people with disabling hearing loss, the use of hearing aids or cochlear implants to improve hearing has become a common intervention.Bimodal hearing is a more popular and better listening mode at present, that is,wearing a cochlear implant on one side and wearing a hearing aid on the other side. This article starts from the advantages of binaural listening, the optimization of the hearing aid fitting formula of dual-mode listening-APDB fitting formula, the wireless communication technology of hearing aids and cochlear implants, the joint technology of wireless remote microphone and dual-mode hearing, etc.,and introduces the current binaural hearing cutting-edge technology. The new technology optimizes dual-mode hearing and individual adjustment.Through software programming, the frequency response, loudness increase and dynamic characteristics matching of the two hearing aid devices can be achieved, which can effectively improve the speech recognition of patients in quiet and noisy environments, the ability to locate, recognize tones, and perceive music and emotions, thereby improving the quality of life.
