苯胺分子印迹聚合物微球的合成及表征

摘要 以苯胺为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂、乙腈为致孔剂、2,2-偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备苯胺印迹聚合物(MIP)和空白印迹聚合物(NIP)。合成前对功能单体的种类和用量进行了优化,合成后通过扫描电镜、红外光谱对聚合物的形貌和结构进行了表征,并对其吸附能力做了对比研究。结果表明,在所选取的四种功能单体中甲基丙烯酸效果最好,苯胺与甲基丙烯酸的最佳摩尔比为1∶4;所制备的苯胺印迹聚合物呈球形,粒径较为均匀,在107 nm左右,具有与苯胺分子互补的官能团结构;苯胺印迹聚合物(MIP)对苯胺的吸附能力明显高于空白印迹聚合物(NIP),高达20.62 mg/g。 Aniline molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) and blank imprinted polymer(NIP) were prepared by precipitation polymerization.Aniline,methacrylic acid,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,acetonitrile,azodiisobutyronitrile were used as template,functional monomers,crosslinking agent,pore-forming agent and initiator respectively.The types and amounts of functional monomers were optimized.Scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were applied to study the morphology and structure of polymer.Then,the adsorption capacity of MIP and NIP were compared.The results indicated that methacrylic acid had the best effect among the four functional monomers,and the best mole ratio of aniline to methacrylic acid was 1:4.MIP is spherical with uniform particle size of 107 nm and has complementary functional group structure with aniline molecule.The adsorption capacity of MIP to aniline was 20.62 mg/g,higher than NIP.
