三查四定是石油化工项目投产前重要的管理内容和手段,一般始于中间交接前2~3个月,目的是为了发现和消除所有工程质量隐患、提高预试车质量和中间交接一次成功率、确保生产装置投料试车一次成功。压力管道作为石油化工装置的“血管”,其高质量完工,对石油化工工程项目的成功有着至关重要的地位。文章从三查四定的概念出发,对压力管道整个流程的管理要点进行了梳理和总结,并对各管理要点的重点事项进行探讨和举例。

Three inspection and four determination is an important management content and means before the petrochemical project is put into operation.It generally starts from 2 to 3 months before the intermediate handover,and the purpose is to find and eliminate all engineering quality risks,improve the quality of pre-test vehicles and the success rate of an intermediate handover,and ensure the success of the commissioning of the production plant.As the "blood vessel" of petrochemical devices,the pressure pipeline is completed with high quality and plays a vital role in the success of petrochemical engineering projects.Starting from the concept of three checks and four decisions,this paper sorts out and summarizes the management points of the whole process of the pressure pipeline,and discusses and gives examples to the key points of each management point.
