Metal nutrients and toxic elements and children in autism spectrum disorder

摘要 孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是一组较为严重的神经发育障碍疾病,已经成为全球性公共卫生问题,发病机制较为复杂且缺乏特异性生物指标,造成了诊断和治疗的不确定性,积极预防、早期诊断和早期干预是应对该疾病的重要手段。近年来,国内外越来越关注金属营养元素和有毒元素与ASD发病机制之间的关系。本综述通过对国内外相关研究成果进行系统整理,分析体内金属营养元素和有毒金属元素与ASD的相关关系,探讨其水平异常用于该病警示和早期诊断的可能性,为早期识别和筛查ASD高风险儿童以及通过科学饮食而预防该病的发生提供理论基础。 Autism pedigree disorder(ASD)is a group of serious neurodevelopmental disorder,which has become a global public health problem.Its pathogenesis is complex and lacks specific biological indicators,resulting in uncertainty in diagnosis and treatment.Active prevention,early diagnosis and early intervention are important means to ASD.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between metal nutrients and toxic elements and the pathogenesis of ASD at home and abroad.In this review,the related research results at home and abroad are systematically sorted out,and the correlation between metal nutrition elements and toxic metal elements in the body and ASD is analyzed,and the possibility that their abnormal levels can be used for warning and early diagnosis of ASD is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for early identification and screening of children at high risk of ASD and prevention of ASD through scientific diet.
