照片类电子档案元数据真实性研究

Research on the Authenticity of Digital Photographic Records Metadata

电子档案元数据是保障电子档案真实、可靠、完整、可用的手段之一,确保电子档案元数据自身的真实性是证明电子档案真实的前提。照片类电子档案部分元数据的取值源于电子照片可交换图像文件格式(EXIF),但EXIF中的信息是容易被修改的。为此,本文采用电子照片来源检测技术对编号为M43(捕获设备)的子元数据M44(设备制造商)和M45(设备型号)的真实性进行检测,利用电子照片自身信息的关联性对编号为M54(图像参数)的子元数据M57(图像高度)和M58(图像宽度)的真实性进行检测,以此引起学界对电子档案元数据真实性研究的关注,以期为电子档案来源可靠问题的解决提供新的思路和方法。

Electronic records metadata is one of the means to ensure the authenticity,reliability,integrity and availability of electronic records.Ensuring the authenticity of electronic records metadata is the premise to prove the authenticity of electronic records.The value of some metadata of digital photographic records comes from EXIF,and the information in EXIF is easy to be modified.Therefore,the authenticity of the sub metadata M44 (Device Manufacturer)and M45(Device Model Number)of M43(Capture Device)is detected by electronic photo source detection technology.At the same time,the authenticity of the sub metadata M57(Image Height)and M58(Image Width)of M54(Image Parameter)is detected by using the correlation of the electronic photo’s own information.It is hopes that these studies will attract attention to the authenticity of electronic records metadata and provide new ideas and methods for solving the problem of reliable source of electronic records.
