Research on China-Kazakhstan-Russia Transportation-Economic Corridor under the Silk Road Economic Belt

本文在分析中哈俄经济走廊建设支撑条件的基础上,以其相关辐射区域和沿线主导产业为背景探讨沿线地区的重要地位及穿越意义,最后综合分析其交通运输现状,提出应建中国准东—克拉玛依铁路及中国塔城—巴克图口岸—哈萨克斯坦巴克特口岸—阿亚古兹铁路和火烧山—克拉玛依公路及中国塔城—哈萨克斯坦阿亚古兹—阿斯塔纳高速公路的线路建议。为促进沿线地区发展、区域合作提供依据,进一步深化中哈俄跨境合作。

On the basis of analyzing the supporting conditions for the construction of the China-Kazakhstan-Russia Economic Corridor,this paper discusses the important status and crossing significance of the areas along the route in the context of its relevant radiation areas and leading industries along the route.Zhundong-Karamay Railway and China Tacheng-Baktu Port-Kazakhstan Bakt Port-Ayaguz Railway and Huoshaoshan-Karamay Highway and China Tacheng-Kazakhstan Ayaguz-Astana Expressway Line suggestion.Provide a basis for promoting the development and regional cooperation of the regions along the route,and further deepen the cross-border cooperation between China,Kazakhstan and Russia.
